A gate was broken at a courthouse after an accident with a van. The vehicle driven by security firm G4S – who have already been embroiled in one security controversy this summer over manning levels at the Olympics – was exiting the yard behind Dundee Sheriff Court when it crashed into the roller door. Local police confirmed that arrangements had been made to ensure security was not compromised and that the door would be replaced.
