A man has appeared in court in connection with alleged robberies taking place in car parks. The incidents allegedly occurred on three separate occasions when online sales auctions were being concluded. Thomas Ramsay appeared in private before Sheriff Gordon Liddle at Edinburgh Sheriff Court. The alleged items were stolen at a McDonald’s car park. No plea or declaration was made on Mr Ramsay’s behalf and he was remanded in custody.
