As a news report in the local press informs us, the car park is based on Lincolnshire Co-operative’s Oxford Hall site, but will be run by the City of Lincoln Council and will be subject to the same parking tariffs and discounts as the councils’ other car parks.

The car park will be formally opened at 9am on Friday, September 13, but motorists will be able to user sooner than that.
